Horizons has just completed the rollout of a new web and App enabled childcare management information system. The new system provides significant cloud based features that ensure families not only receive immediate live notifications, videos and updates on their child but can manage their bookings, accounts and can even sign-in and out via their smart phone app. Being cloud based it provides immediate transparency for directors on attendances, fees and staffing ensuring they run an efficient centre for families and facilitating the highest quality care.

Speaking about the new system Horizons CEO Natalie said “It is an amazing system for the centres, staff and most importantly our families. It not only provides efficient admin and compliance with the new child care subsidy scheme but facilities open, instant and secure communications with families. We have had wonderful feedback for our parents.”

The implementation of Xplor continues the trend of Horizons being at the forefront of the technology revolution within our early learning and education sectors. Over the last 2 years all centres including OSHC have been iPad enabled and the introduction of a balanced learning program.
